“We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty.” – Mother Theresa
Our beliefs are grounded in the Eucharist – in the sacrament of holy communion. We affirm the radical hospitality of Jesus who invites everyone to his table, who dines with saints and sinners, with believers and doubters. We come together to practice and experience living in community, welcoming friends and strangers alike.
Our ministry in the world comes from this foundation of generosity as we seek to offer hospitality, presence, and love, sharing food and fellowship with those who hunger.
Again and again, we discover Jesus – the living Christ – in our midst.
