Lay worship leaders.  Active members interested in leading worship may be licensed by the Episcopal Diocese of Florida and considered for this role at St. Mary’s.

Altar Guild.  Those interested in learning about care of the altar itself, altar linens and vestments should contact clergy.

Lay readers. Those interested in this ministry may be licensed through the diocese and should contact clergy so that training can be arranged.  This ministry includes keeping a rota (schedule) of readers for each week.

Lay Eucharistic ministers. Those interested in serving at the altar as chalice bearers (offering the cup of wine at communion) or taking communion to the sick or house-bound, should contact clergy.

Liturgical planning committee. There are many opportunities throughout the church year to revise our liturgical practice, enhancing the worship experience in ways relevant to various liturgical seasons (including Lent, Holy Week, Easter, Pentecost, Advent, Epiphany).
